Susser Holdings Corporation is the largest non-refiner convenience store operator
and motor fuel distributor in Texas. We operate more than 500 convenience stores
in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico under the Stripes and Town & Country brands,
offering motor fuel, merchandise, food service (under our own Laredo Taco Company
and Country Cookin’ brands) and other services. Our wholesale segment
purchases branded and unbranded motor fuels from refiners and distributes it
to our retail convenience stores, contracted independent operators of convenience
